First, the wheels are removed from the vehicle and the body is masked to prevent overspray and dust from the cleaning process.
The underside of the vehicle and wheel arches are then carefully and deeply cleaned to remove dirt, flakey paint and light surface corrosion using a combination of different tools and some elbow grease.
Lightly corroded areas are coated in treatment then left to dry.
A basecoat is then applied to the complete underside, avoiding areas like the exhaust. This is a very durable layer of paint protection and also very important to help extend your vehicle's life.
We suit up, boot up, pop on our PPE and get spraying. Sealant coats pretty much everything apart from the exhaust and due to it's creeping agent the level of protection is superb.
The wheels are fitted and the car is unmasked, It's then given a free valet, interior disinfected and new protective items are re-applied such as a steering wheel cover, floor mats and a seat cover.
Your vehicle is supplied with a certificate to keep in your history along with the peace of mind your pride and joy is protected for years to come.
AND MORE, JUST ASK.
Just one example of a customers XJS being given the Clarkes treatment. The car was purchased new by it's owner in 1989 and unfortunately in it's later life was neglected and time took it's toll.
Fortunately with prices increasing, interest growing and being a smart investment the car was bought back to its former glory by Clarkes. This one owner car now has pride of place in the delighted owners collection.
